The signal wafer butterfly valve is a specialized monitoring-type fluid control valve integrating shut-off function and electric signal feedback function. Developed based on the standard wafer butterfly valve structure, it is fitted with a built-in signal switch device that can accurately transmit the valve’s open and closed status to the central control system in real time. Primarily designed for fire protection systems and intelligent pipeline engineering, this valve solves the pain point of invisible valve status in traditional manual valves, realizing remote monitoring, system linkage and safe pipeline management.

Adopting a classic lightweight wafer clamping structure, the valve body features an ultra-thin and compact design. It is installed by clamping between two pipe flanges with through bolts, requiring no welding, flanges or complicated auxiliary parts. The valve adopts high-strength ductile iron as the main body material, with electrostatic epoxy anti-corrosion coating on the surface to prevent rust, scale and corrosion in long-term wet standby environments. The valve stem is made of high-precision stainless steel, with stable structure, wear resistance and oxidation resistance, adapting to long-term frequent switching and static standby working conditions. All products pass strict shell pressure and sealing tests, fully complying with fire protection industry specifications and ISO, CE certification standards.
