The Groove Resilient Seated Gate Valve is a lightweight, fast-installation soft-seal shut-off valve optimized for fire protection systems, building water supply, and compact pipeline engineering. Different from traditional flange-connected gate valves, it adopts grooved end connection, which eliminates complicated flange alignment, bolt adjustment and welding procedures. This innovative structural design greatly shortens installation time, reduces overall pipeline load, and becomes a preferred valve for high-efficiency construction in modern civil buildings, industrial plants and municipal fire water pipe networks.

Constructed with high-strength ductile iron body and full fusion bonded epoxy coating both internally and externally, the valve features excellent anti-corrosion, rust-proof and pollution-free performance. The integral vulcanized EPDM rubber wedge serves as the core sealing component, achieving bidirectional bubble-tight zero leakage under rated working pressure. The elastic rubber layer can automatically compensate for minor pipeline vibration, machining errors and tiny sediment wear, effectively solving the common dripping and sealing failure problems of traditional hard-seal valves during long-term operation. Meanwhile, the smooth full-bore straight flow passage minimizes fluid resistance, ensures stable water delivery, and supports pipeline cleaning and pigging without flow dead zones.

Available in both rising stem and non-rising stem designs, the valve meets diverse installation and monitoring demands. The rising stem type provides visual opening and closing status observation for daily inspection, while the non-rising stem type saves vertical space, adapting to narrow pipe wells and ceiling concealed pipelines. The stainless steel valve stem features low friction and anti-aging properties, ensuring flexible and labor-saving operation with small torque. Multi-layer high-density rubber packing effectively prevents medium seepage and external dust intrusion, extending the valve’s service life in complex indoor environments.

The prominent advantage of grooved connection lies in its convenient disassembly and maintenance. Cooperating with standard grooved pipe fittings, the valve can be quickly installed and replaced without cutting or modifying pipelines, greatly reducing later maintenance costs and construction downtime. Lightweight body design also lowers manual handling difficulty and pipeline bearing pressure, improving overall construction safety and efficiency. Suitable for medium temperature from 0℃ to 80℃, this valve is applicable to tap water, fire-fighting water, recycled water and other neutral water media, with pressure grades of PN10 and PN16 to meet conventional pipeline working conditions.
