1.Product Overview

Electric Gate Valve is an automatic on-off valve composed of a traditional gate valve body and an electric actuator.It uses electric power to drive the valve stem and gate plate for vertical lifting and lowering,realizing remote automatic opening and closing of pipeline media.Compared with manual gate valves,this electric type eliminates manual operation,improves pipeline control efficiency,and is suitable for long-distance,high-risk and unattended working conditions.

The valve can be equipped with soft seal or metal hard seal structures to adapt to clean water,sewage,steam,oil,gas and particle-containing media.It is widely used in water supply and drainage,fire protection,petrochemical,power plant and industrial automation pipeline systems.

2.Working Principle

The electric actuator receives 220V/380V or DC24V control signals and drives the internal gear transmission structure to rotate the valve stem.The gate plate moves up and down linearly to complete full opening or full closing.

-Full Open:The gate retracts completely,forming a straight-through full-bore flow channel with minimal flow resistance.

-Full Close:The gate is pressed tightly against the valve seat to achieve complete medium cut-off and zero leakage.

The built-in limit switch automatically cuts off power when reaching the set position,preventing over-travel and protecting the valve and actuator.Most models support feedback signals to realize remote monitoring in PLC and DCS systems.
