Rising Stem Grooved Gate Valve

The Rising Stem Grooved Gate Valve is a high-performance full-bore shut-off valve designed for water supply, fire protection, HVAC and general industrial pipeline systems. Combining intuitive rising stem indication technology and fast grooved connection structure, this valve provides accurate visual position feedback and reliable zero-leakage sealing performance. Different from non-rising stem gate valves, its exposed lifting stem allows operators to directly observe the valve opening degree on site, making status judgment more intuitive and safer for pipeline inspection, maintenance and daily management. With fast grooved installation and stable resilient sealing, it has become a preferred valve type for engineering projects that require high visibility and operational reliability.

The valve body is integrally cast from high-strength ductile iron with excellent pressure resistance and structural toughness. The surface adopts electrostatic epoxy powder coating treatment, forming a dense and smooth protective layer that is fully waterproof, rust-proof and anti-corrosion. The advanced coating effectively resists moisture, dust and long-term medium soaking, preventing oxidation and paint peeling in humid pipe wells, indoor concealed pipelines and outdoor environments. The robust casting structure ensures stable mechanical performance under long-term static pressure and frequent switching, extending overall service life and reducing pipeline failure risks.

Equipped with full-wrapped EPDM resilient seated gate disc, the valve achieves bidirectional zero-leakage shut-off under PN10 and PN16 rated pressure. The elastic rubber layer features excellent aging resistance, water hammer resistance and pressure compensation capability, which can automatically offset minor sealing surface wear and pipeline vibration gaps. It maintains stable sealing performance under long-term static water pressure and intermittent emergency operation, fully meeting the continuous standby requirements of fire protection systems and municipal water supply pipe networks.
